Ingredients
For 4 people
1 box of macaroni
15 g of margarine
1 onion
1 cup of lait d'amande
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 cup of vegan cheddar
1 cup of vegan parmesan

Step 01
1 box of macaroni
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well.
Step 02

1 Unit of onion
1 cup of lait d'amande
1 tablespoon of mustard
Meanwhile, in heavy saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat; cook onion until softened. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min without browning. Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth; whisk in mustard. Cook, stirring often, for 10 to 12 min or until thickened (do not boil).
Step 03
1 cup of vegan cheddar
1 cup of vegan parmesan
Remove from heat; stir in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Drain tomatoes again and stir into sauce along with salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni and toss to coat.
