Cheese and bacon goes so well together, I don't see why mac and cheese shouldn't take this advantage. Classic mac and cheese for all #bacon lovers.

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Pre-heat the oven at 350F. Place the bacon in a tray in the oven

Meanwhile, in heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook onion until softened. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min without browning. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth; whisk in mustard. Cook, stirring often, for 10 to 12 min or until thickened (do not boil).

Remove from heat; stir in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Add salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni and toss to coat.
